There are countless memories of that dark day of Babri Masjid.

Dec. 6, 1992, was a day of black pain in Indian democracy, which was lifted from the liver of Indian religion and secularism. That tragedy has been a quarter century. The BJP-RSS Sangh Parivar led by Lal Krishna Advani formed the minarets of the Babri Masjid in the name of Kar Sevaks, breaking democracy and court orders. The most grievous thing is that the Prime Minister of secularism, the Prime Minister, was sleeping or sleeping, giving the kar sevaks on the slaughter of democracy by silence. The Prime Minister then was the then Prime Minister, Narasimha Rao, who ruled India’s struggle for freedom struggle. In the case of shame and shame in India before the world, the Congress has also been opposing the BJP
History records indicate that in 1526 AD, the mosque was built by Babur Chakraborte in Ayodhya during the Mughal rule. The Babri Masjid and the surrounding areas were turned into a disputed land as part of the RSS’s political Hindutva agenda. After Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination, Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was banned by RSS from February 19 to July 12, 1948. After the ban was lifted, the RSS became active in Indian politics by raising Hindu Rashtra. The miracle that the idols appeared in the mosque in Ayodhya in 1949. Prime Minister Nehru intervened to put an end to this miracle. Nehru was ordered to take up the graven images in the mosque and drive it to the river Saryu. The place of worship and the surrounding areas were placed under the Archaeological Department. But KK Nair did not take the idols away from the mosque. KK Nair, dependent on Sangh Parivar’s dependence, retired from his job and was kept under RSS protection. His associate Susheela Nair became a member of parliament in the Jan Sangh’s list of blessings.
Gandhiji’s bloody Hindutva politics could not get enough popularity. In 1964, an offspring was born in the Sangh Parivar family. It was named Vishwa Hindu Parishad. The first public secretary was the RSS propagator Shivaram Shankar Apt. Golwalkar, a confederator, made a public debate against the Constitution in Lucknow in September 1949 as ‘Abhayatheetankayam’. The critique of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad in 1964 was ‘Ahainandvam’. During this period, the RSS was moving forward with the Hindutva agenda. In this context, cow’s politics have been actively promoted through India. Yet, communal polarization could not be ascertained as they wanted.
The political form of the RSS was created by the BJP in Indian politics. Such a BJP started to show more aggression during the period 1986-89. They put forward the pseudo-secularism and minority prejudice. The Ram temple movement and the ‘cultural nationalism’ that denotes Hindutva entered the BJP’s political path. In 1989, the first phase of the Ram temple movement was achieved by targeting Shilanyayatsam from the Rajiv Gandhi government. They gained another phase of success. It was through the demolition of the Babri Masjid. It was also the Congress that made this possible.
In the 1989 Lok Sabha election, the ruling Congress was defeated. One party had no majority to rule it alone. VP Singh became Prime Minister by the United Front. In August 1990, he announced in Parliament that the Mandal Commission report, which would set up reservation for the backward classes in the Central Government, would be implemented. The support given to the BJP government was withdrawn. Neither did the Congress stand on the secular position of secularism against communalism. The BJP and the Sangh Parivar took to the streets with the aggressive Hindutva politics of the RSS. LK Advani led a rath yatra from the Somnath Temple under the banner of Hindu Hindu polity politics. Ayodhya announced that Raman’s birthplace was to be demolished by a mosque and a Ram temple. Indian streets become bloody. The communal polarization took place in the way RSS and its political form, the BJP wanted. The Babri Masjid was destroyed at the height of this communal violence.
The soft-hearted approach adopted by the Congress on the face of secularism has been reversed. With the support of allies in 1999, the BJP was able to form a stable government under Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s central leadership. The BJP has won a majority in the 2014 elections.
